Elixir

1.5 oz vodka
1 oz midori
Mountain dew

Over ice, should kinda glow under a black light.

Watermelon Basil

4 cups vodka
2 ten ounce bottles club soda
1.5 cups fresh lemon juice
Half a watermelon
1 package basil

-Muddle half of the watermelon, half of the basil and half of the vodka until the watermelon is puree-like.
– strain the liquid into the pitcher, then add lemon juice and the remaining vodka.
-add the remaining half of the watermelon cut into small chunks.
– add basil leaves to the mixture. Top with club soda.

Paloma

2 oz blanco or reposado tequila
6 oz fresh grapefruit soda
1/2 oz lime juice
salt for rimming (optional)

Rim a collins glass with salt.
Fill the glass with ice and add the tequila and lime juice. Top it off with grapefruit soda.

Cream Topping

1 7oz container of marshmallow creme
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon rum extract
*add all items together in an electric mixer and combine until smooth.
Pour the butterbeer into a glass, drizzle with the cream topping.

Water Moccasin

1 oz peach schnapps
1 oz Crown Royal® Canadian whisky
1 dash triple sec
1 oz sweet and sour mix

Added ice and ingredients in a shaker. Shake well until top becomes frosted. Then poor in a shooter glass. This will be best yet smoothes shot you’ll ever taste.

Cinnamon toast crunch

1/3 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps
1/3 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream
1/3 oz butterscotch schnapps

Shake all three ingredients quickly with ice. Strain into a shot glass, or increase proportions and strain into several.

Almond Joy

1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz creme de cacao
2 oz cream
ice

Fill mixing glass with ice, add Malibu, amaretto, creme de cacao, and cream. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

The Grape Escape

Its a really sweet girly drink, and tastes just like Fanta Grape Soda. Enjoy!!!
3/4 oz Captain Morgan® Parrot Bay pineapple rum
3/4 oz Roses Blue raspberry Mixer
3/4 oz DeKuyper® Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
3/4 oz DeKuyper® Grape Pucker schnapps
fill with 7-Up® soda

Fill the Old Fashioned Glass with ice. Pour all your ingredients into the shaker, and shake. Strain it into the glass. The contents should fill up 3/4 of the way. Fill the remainder of the glass with 7-up..

Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Try to keep this drink layered and drink it all at once, to get the right taste. If it gets mixed, the taste is completely different.

2.5 oz Malibu® coconut rum
2.5 oz pineapple juice
layer of grenadine syrup

In a shaker with ice; mix rum and pineapple juice. Strain and pour into small rocks glass. Pour grenadine along the side of the glass to make it layer on the bottom. Pour enough to completely cover the bottom of the glass; but not too much.

Miles

2 1/2 oz Midori® melon liqueur
2 1/2 oz Smirnoff® vodka
2 1/2 oz Archers® peach schnapps
… lemonade to taste

Take an Imperial pint / 0.5 lt glass and add in several ice cubes. Pour the Midori liqueur, vodka & peach scnapps over the ice and then add the lemonade to fill the glass to the top. Give the mix a gentle stir & it is ready to drink.

Feliz Navidad

1 oz gin
1 oz Rumple Minze® peppermint liqueur
1 oz tequila

Mix equal parts gin, rumple minze and tequila over ice and shake. Pour into old fashioned glass, and serve. Preferably use “well” liquor as this shot is meant to celebrate, yet punish.

Dead Nazi

2/3 oz Rumple Minze
2/3 oz Jagermeister

Chill ingredients before use. Pour rumple minze into a shot glass and add jagermeister. Serve.

Italian Apple Martini

3/4 oz Amaretto Di Saronno® liqueur
1 1/2 oz DeKuyper® Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
3/4 oz Stoli® Vanil vodka
…1 splash Rose’s® lime juice
1 splash cranberry juice

Pour all into iced shaker tin, shake until tin is cold to the touch and strain into martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel, and serve.

Fun Dip

1 1/4 oz Three Olives grape vodka
1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
1/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 splash Sprite

Fill cocktail shacker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake. Strain into old fashioned glass.

T.K.O.

1/3 oz tequila
1/3 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1/3 oz ouzo anise liqueur

Just pour off the amount into a shot glass. Shoot and enjoy!

The Jolly Rancher

2 oz vodka
1 oz Midori
cranberry juice

Pour vodka and melon liqueur into a cocktail shaker, and fill with cranberry juice. Shake, pour over ice in a highball glass, and serve.

Jamaican Rum Punch

1 cup Bacardi 151 rum
1/2 cup Myer’s dark rum
1/4 cup Malibu coconut rum
2 1/2 cups pineapple juice
2 1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tbsp grenadine syrup
ice cubes

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or punch bowl. Pour over ice cubes in any type of glass.

Ruby Relaxer

1 shot peach schnapps
1 shot vodka
1 shot Malibu
pineapple juice
cranberry juice

Combine peach schnapps, vodka and malibu rum in a cocktail glass. Almost fill with pineapple juice, add a splash of cranberry juice, and serve.

Jack Daniels Lynchburg Lemonade

1 part Jack Daniel’s
1 part sweet and sour mix
1 part triple sec
4 parts Sprite

Add ice and stir. Garnish with lemon slices and cherries.

Sex on the beach

1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz peach schnapps
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz orange juice

Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball glass over ice. Fill with equal measures of cranberry juice and orange juice, and stir

Sweet Tight Pussy (this name makes me smile every time)

1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz 7-Up® soda

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain into a shot glass, and serve.

Blackberry Lemon Drop

2 oz Stoli vodka Blackberry
1 oz triple sec
2 lemon wedges
1 packet sugar
1 splash sweet and sour mix

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 ounces Stoli blackberry, 1 oz Triple Sec, Juice of two lemon wedges (plus the wedges themselves), 1 packet of sugar and a splash of sour mix. Shake until shaker is frosty. Pour into a sugar rimmed, chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a Lemon twist

Chocolate Covered Cherries

3 parts Bailey’s® Irish cream
3 parts Kahlua® coffee liqueur
3 parts dark creme de cacao
1/2 part Chambord® raspberry liqueur
1 splash milk
Shake well and serve on the rocks.

Blue Hippo

1 oz Hpnotiq® liqueur
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 splash Red Bull® energy drink

Mix all together shake and pour into shot glass

Butterbeer (non-alcoholic)

2 litre cream soda
2 tablespoons Butter extract
2 teaspoons rum extract or we can use actual rum and just add it the drink when we pour our the cream soda/butter extract mix
*drop the extracts into the 2 liter bottle, put on cap and slowly rotate until combined.–

Honey Lemonade

1 part Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
3 parts lemonade
Combine ingredients in a tall glass over ice and garnish with a cherry.

Emerald City

1 oz Jameson® Irish whiskey
1 oz Midori® melon liqueur
4 – 5 oz ginger ale

Pour all ingredients over into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir together, garnish with a slice of fresh lime, and serve.

Hawaiian Dream

1 oz Maui® Blue Hawaiian schnapps
1 oz Absolut® vodka
1 oz pineapple rum
5 oz pineapple juice

Pour the Maui blue Hawaiian schnapps, vodka and rum into a 16-oz glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with fresh chilled pineapple juice, stir briefly and serve.

Mexican Martini

2 oz tequila
1 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
2 oz sweet and sour mix
1 oz lime juice
2 oz orange juice
1 splash Sprite® soda
2 olives

Pour all ingredients into a large cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a large cocktail/martini glass (8+ ounces) with a salt rim. Add two olives on a spear, and serve.

Pink Russian

1 shot Tequila Rose® strawberry cream liqueur
1 shot Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1/2 shot vodka
milk

Pour liquor into a highball glass with ice. Fill with milk or cream, and serve

Sex with the Captain

1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz peach schnapps
fill with 1/2 cranberry juice
fill with 1/2 orange juice

Build drink in glass over ice. Garnish with a cherry.

Coco Loco

1 oz dark rum
1 oz light rum
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz creme de bananes
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz coconut cream
1/2 oz sugar syrup

Pour the rums, vodka, creme de bananes, pineapple juice, coconut cream and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, and serve

Scooby Snack

1 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1 0z Banana liqueur
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz whipped cream

Pour ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until blended, pour into a rocks or old-fashioned glass, and serve.

German Chocolate Cake

3/4 oz Malibu® coconut rum
3/4 oz white creme de cacao
1/4 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
1 splash half-and-half

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and strain over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with four squirts of canned whipped cream (about 3/4 inches high) at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock positions.

Captains Paradice

1/2 oz Captain Morgan® spiced rum
1/2 oz Captain Morgan® Parrot Bay coconut rum
1 oz Coca-Cola®
… 1 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz grenadine syrup

Fill tin halfway with ice. Pour in 1/2 oz Captain Morgan. Then, you pour in 1/2 oz Parrot Bat Coconut Rum. The Next step is to add in 1 oz each of Coke and pineapple juice. Top it off with 1/4 oz of grenadine and shake your tin.

Pearl Harbor

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz Midori
4 oz pineapple juice

Fil highball glass with ice and pour liqours over.

Neopolitan Dynamite

3 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream
1 oz Tequila Rose® strawberry cream liqueur
1 oz creme de cacao

Pour all 3 ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into shot glasses, and serve. Taste alot like a Neopolitan ice-cream

G-spot Martini

2 oz Absolut® Citron vodka
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 splash Grand Marnier

Shake ingredients with ice and pour into chilled martini glass. Garnish with one fresh rasberry, and serve.

Hawaiian Surfer on Acid

1 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
1 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1/2 – 1/3 oz Jagermeister® herbal liqueur
…2 oz pineapple juice

Mix all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour over ice cubes into an old-fashioned glass. It will be a bit frothy on top. Garnish with a cherry and lime wheel, and serve.

Oatmeal Cookie

1/2 oz Goldschlager
1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
1/2 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream

Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice, and shake until completely cold. Strain into an old-fashioned glass, and serve.

Madras

2 oz Vodka
Cranberry juice
Orange juice

Pour vodka, cranberry and orange juice pour over ice in a highball glass, and serve.

Kumquat-Ginger Caipirinha

2 oz Leblon cachaça
5 kumquats, sliced
1 1/2 – 2 Tbsp superfine sugar
1 tsp chopped, fresh ginger
slice of kumquat for garnish
Muddle well.Place the kumquats, ginger and sugar into an old-fashioned glass.
Fill the glass with ice, then add the cachaça. Stir well or shake it. Garnish with a slice of kumquat.

Blue Screw

1 1/2 oz Absolut® Mandrin vodka
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
fill with orange juice

Fill glass with ice, pour Mandrin and Blue in, then fill it with OJ.

Blue Lagoon

2 oz vodka
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
lemonade
1 cherry

Pour vodka and curacao over ice in a highball glass. Fill with lemonade, top with the cherry, and serve.

Alabama Slammer

1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
1/2 oz Rose’s® lime juice
…1/2 oz grenadine syrup

Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice, and shake until completely cold. Strain into an old-fashioned glass, and serve.

Chocolate Cake

1/2 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
1/2 oz Stoli® Vanil vodka
lemon wedge with sugar

Add the vanilla vodka and Frangelico hazelnut liqueur; stir together. Take the shot and suck on the lemon wedge right after!!!!!!

Miami Vice

5 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1 packagefrozen pina colada mix
1 packagefrozen daiquiri mix
1. Mix pina colada with 2.5 oz. of rum w/ ice. Set aside.
2. Mix daiquiri with 2.5 oz. of rum w/ ice.
3. While frozen, add pina colada mix to a cocktail glass. Add the daiquiri mix on top, keeping it seperated from the pina colada mix. Serve.

Miami Vice

5 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1 packagefrozen pina colada mix
1 packagefrozen daiquiri mix
1. Mix pina colada with 2.5 oz. of rum w/ ice. Set aside.
2. Mix daiquiri with 2.5 oz. of rum w/ ice.
3. While frozen, add pina colada mix to a cocktail glass. Add the daiquiri mix on top, keeping it seperated from the pina colada mix. Serve.

Slippery Nipple

1/3 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream
1/3 oz butterscotch schnapps
1/3 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur

Put the Irish cream in first. Then slowly pour the Kahlua down the side of the glass so it doesn’t mix. Then add the Butterscoth Schnapps on top nice and slow.
